Delete your account

Permanently remove your Mtieli account and data.

You can permanently delete your Mtieli account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the Mtieli app

  1. Open the Mtieli app and go to your Profile tab.
  2. Tap the settings icon, then scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm your identity when prompted, then confirm deletion.

By request

If you can't access the app, email hello@mtieli.ge from the address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request." We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your profile, bio, avatar, and passport progress.
  • Your posts and their comments.
  • Your saved spots, trip plans, and gear lists.
  • Your follower/following relationships and group memberships.

What may be retained

Messages you sent into shared conversations or community discussions may remain visible to other participants, attributed to a deleted account. Aggregated, non-identifying data and records we're required to keep for legal or security reasons may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
