Do the mobile app and web portal share the same account?

Yes — sign in with the same Google account and your posts, Passport progress, trips, and gear list stay in sync across both.

Why can't I start a new chat from the web portal with someone I haven't messaged before?

You can — open their profile and tap Message. Existing conversations started on either the app or the web show up in your inbox on both.

Is billing live yet?

Not yet — Mtieli is in its pre-launch period, so Plus/Pro tier switches in Settings don't charge you. Real billing will be clearly disclosed before it goes live.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@mtieli.ge or submit a ticket below and we'll process the deletion, including your posts, trips, and gear data.
